- For tour booking confirmation, guests must email concierge.sg@mondrianhotels.com to arrange and confirm their tour schedule prior to their check-in date.
- Mondrian will confirm attendance with guests no later than two days before the scheduled tour.
- Guest Policy is to be acknowledged upon guest’s check-in.
